All sales are final, except for damaged or faulty items. Email us photos and a description of the problem; if your claim is approved, we send a prepaid return label and then replace or refund the item.

Do the bikes come assembled?
Most arrive mostly assembled. Some need the front wheel and handlebars attached; each product page lists what's included.
